Find a silver lining to the Heat 2018-2019 season

Post#1 » by RexBoyWonder » Fri Nov 16, 2018 2:40 pm

I'll take anything.

Name any good thoughts, hopes, dreams, good things we can take from this season or anything positive you think we should consider going forward.

Iggie and goodboy are still around, so I'm struggling to find any.

1 thing I've been thinking about is this -

If I could pick a time to suck - the 2016-2020 years would probably be that time just because nobody is beating this GSW so if we were actually very good right now, it would be frustrating as hell, like being the R.Miller's Pacers facing MJ's Bulls every year only to come up short.

so there's that.

No need for silver lining, head yourself in the whole bowl

We've got a competitive basketball team, young players showing progress and Whiteside's having a good year ahead of an offseason where he either opts out or becomes the most massive expiree on the market, along with TJ and Gogi.

Most importantly, dawning of our fearless leader hasn't eeb'm sprung

The fact that we can say that and only be halfway joking is so depressing.

This is definitely the hardest season to watch/be interested in in a while.

We don't have LeOne on our team and the bandwagonners are well and truly outta here.

Hopefully this season will put Spo on notice. It’s one thing if you have bad players. It’s another if you have decent players that have no clue what they’re supposed to be doing. It’s especially sad that this is the third year and this team looks more lost than ever. Pat Riley needs to bring in a strong assistant coach that can tell it like it is to Spo.

No one has had a horrific injury so far.
So, that's good.
