That's the case with pretty much the vast majority of head coaches. Especially when you have no star.

It's not even his falut. At least not entirly.

When you get a roster of 14 players - all at a similar talent level and none really a step above or below - you put your coach in an unwinable situation.

Pat Riley stockpiling bench quality players ... waiting to trade them for a superstar.

The trade deadline is almost here, and surprisingly no one has taken the bait. Again. It's almost as if the league is littered with that type of player, and they're not in high demand. :lol:
