23 games left. Heat need to call it a season and embrace the tank. If they went full tank, they could be as high as a 7th seed. I expect this off-season to begin a full rebuild for this franchise. JJ and Waiters out. Expiring contracts in. Plan for 2020 offseason to become relevant.

We need to lose, but we're too late for the full tank. I doubt we can even make it as high as 8th in the draft at this point unless we have luck in the lottery ... which we never do. Better than picking 15th I suppose.
