If this team is a 38-41 win team, a good coach would make it a 40-43 win team. A great coach would make it a 42-45 win team. Spo has done what he could do with the talent he had. A great coach could achieve more.

as long as spo is here things will go as usual.the heat has to clean house and start over from top to bottom.to me FO has gotten complacent with the current state of affairs. riley's pedigree no longer matter because he has failed in attracting top FA and at the end he is the one who ends up being used...it happened with hayward,irving and even butler. shiat not even carmelo anthony wants to come here to play as washed up as he is.i have told you guys that the well was poisoned by lebron and the heat needs to sanitize its waters and get all toxins out
