The plan is to get lucky. Either by a superstar hand picking Miami as their preferred destination for a trade, or some star just deciding that he wants to live and play in Miami and signing here as a free agent, or getting lucky in the draft by having some late blooming superstar fall to us in the draft before he blooms. That's basically it.

Until then we're just trying not to suck.
