Actually, he paid 10.6 mil for it back in 2010. He renovated it and the value of the property also went up just because he lived in it.

So much for Miami being his city and him wanting a role in the franchise...

His wife Gabrielle union has been working on America's got talent in LA. I think he's aiming to be some kind of TV host.
