Liking the idea of Oladipo if he takes $20 million per year on average. That's basically a Dragic level contract. That seems appropriate when you consider his defensive contributions. I've appreciated what he can contribute in the past few games I've seen him play. He's not a stud, but he's very solid. On our team, he'd be a tertiary piece at best. Might excel in that role. He still doesn't satisfy our need for interior defense and rebounding though....

Need Lillard to take out the Lakers. AD baby. Miami is what you need.

I kinda wanna see more tbh DoM. He still looks a long way off his best, which I guess is expected given the seriousness of that injury. At times he has looked good - don’t know how many pull up threes he hit on us yesterday but it seemed like quite a few.

Turnovers are an issue but as you said, he’d be handling less here. You just don’t want to turn him into purely a spot up shooter, as it isn’t his strength. Basically paying him $20m for OKC Dipo if that’s the case.

I’d be cool with it as a trade in the offseason and a 1yr trial prior to having to make a real decision on a longer term deal. But I have reservations after what I’ve seen so far.
