not thrilled we gave up on the Paul Eboua project so early. now he is on the Nets, that means KZ and precious must have really shown something. I sitll think there is one more key pickup to be made even if we dont end up with Harden.

And the thing is - he's got the right attitude. He's super aggressive, playing like he has nothing to lose. Seem to have high BB IQ, knows how play.
Maybe if the can keep the shooting up, he can be a rotation guy.

I'm crazy though. Pats probably already got a deal near finalized for most of those guys.

Obviously that wouldn't be the trade because the salaries don't line up. It would be more along the lines of ...
Herro + Robinson + Iggy + Olynyk + picks
And then only if Olynyk agrees to it.
Would I do it? Yeah I guess, even though I can't stand Harden. He's way better offensively than Herro + Robinson and probably better defensively too ... when he bothers to even pretend to play defense. Iggy + Olynyk + picks don't even factor into the decision.

I don't understand this kind of fan chauvinism tho. I love Winslow and he was one of my favorite Heat draft picks, but if I knew his trade would have promulgated us to the Finals, even just one finals, I would do it again.

I think most of us while knowing Harden is a top10 player in the league just dont see the fit, dont like his personality and playstyle. Personally after seeing our offense for the past year if we end up with Harden's 20sec dribble step back 3 it would suck big time. While i appreciate championships i would like to enjoy the games i see. Our last playoff performance was so fun to watch it felt like a championship.
