Meyers Leonard is stealing money. $9.5 million just to pick up DNP-CDs when we have trash big men. Roster construction is so unbalanced, drastic trades need to be made.

I'm pretty sure the all point of the Leonard contract was the trade potential.

I don't like it either, we could have used that money on someone who actually helps.

Still, judging this team when they're without Jimmy, Herro, Bradley...it's like judging the Lakers when they're without LBJ and AD. Somewhat pointless.

Leonard is also injured, so he hasn’t been available for game time anyway.

This gonna be a fat L. Durant gonna give us a new butthole. Hope KZ gets an opportunity, Precious too.

All I am going to say is: this didn't happen when Nunn was the starter.

I don't get the hype with KZ.

My impression it is some combination of him being a completely unknown prospect, descriptions that give Draft experts and scouts woodies (long arms, tall and coordinated, wingspan, reach, can play play 5 positions, 8 sports all while drinking Gatorade from the sidelines), and age.

As for the game, Miami usually plans well for stars, which doesn't guarantee success, but somehow Miami always gets killed by role players. I expect Joe Harris, TLC, and/or Jeff Green to go off for 25.

We haven’t seen enough to know what KZ is. That’s kinda the point though. In theory, he brings a lot of attributes we are in short supply of. Is he any good? I have no idea. But I’d like to see him get a run at it. He should be getting time infront of Strus at minimum.

I agree. The Heat could have kept
Crowder instead and figured out how to bring in a superstar if the opportunity presented itself. I’m glad Meyers is only on a 1 year deal cuz is done, but he was done even before the bubble started.

No matter what, I believe in this OP. Previous one was a disaster.

Once burned, twice shy. Riley overpaid Waiters & James Johnson. Also note that Jae isn't playing very well with the Suns.

I honestly believe they are playing Strus at this point to see if he has what it takes to be a potential Duncan replacement down the line, in case they place Robinson in any trade scenarios.

What this team really needs are
