We got cute trying to buy Jimmy another game and got smacked.

Wait, Atlanta firing their coach made Bam do nearly nothing on the court? He played 33 minutes and had 8 FGA, 2 reb and 3 asts, that's unacceptable. Spoelstra should have pulled Bam multiple times this game and told him he could do nothing just as easily on the bench.

Idk what it takes for pple to understand that Bam just isn’t that guy lol. He’s a defensive role man with a semi competent 6 foot jumper.

He is one hell of a defender, but that’s basically where it ends at the moment. Obviously still a lot of time to improve on offense, but he’s already making max money, that’s the problem now a days. Everyone gets a damn max.

Not arguing against the rest of your points, but Bam is not making max money next season. This season his salary is $5,115,492. Next season he will make $28,103,550 (the 25% max).

Point taken gom. I just meant he already signed his max, hasn’t kicked in yet I know but he is signed and guaranteed his max money coming up. But you are correct.

I know he's not very good, but Marvin Bagley may be available. I'd rather have Collins or Jerami Grant, but Bagley's main deficit in my mind is his defense, and Miami can make him a better defender. Maybe if we pick up Cory Joseph's contract for next season is enough?
Is it cold-hearted to send Meyers Leonard's deal? He has something like a trade clause because of his contract iirc.
