Disappointing finish to his Heat career. I always thought Meyers was a bit of a goofball and never really rated him as a rotation player, but I still can’t believe he said what he said. Unbelievable. I don’t know if it was ignorance to the word and its true meaning or whether he truly meant it, but it was incredibly poor form.

Have to assume he signed away his NTC with his tail between his legs. Maybe Micky put the paperwork infront of him himself.

People in here need to chill with all this Meyers disrespect and I'm not even defending him, acting like y'all are a bunch of saints and never committed a mistake in your life.

Should he be held accountable for that racist slur that he said? Absolutely! Racism shouldn't be a part of our lives, but a lot of people are trying to cancel a guy for some dumb thing he said on twitch, a lot of people say things that they don't mean and "bad" words are one of them.

I'm glad we traded his butt outta here though, he was a great guy to be on the bench but we needed someone that could play and provide for this team.

I agree with this. Dude probably heard it and other insults playing COD. It’s possible he just blindly repeated it. Dumb thing to do when you are a public person. I know I have learned some “bad” Hindi words watching youtube videos of scammers getting scammed lol. I don’t really know what they mean. I am not dumb enough to repeat them on camera though.

People **** talk playing games all the time. Most don’t have much to lose by doing it, but you gotta be smart about these things if you do.

He could be an antisemite or just a dumbass. I think he’s just a dumbass. If Tim Hardaway can make amends for what he said about gay people (which was worse imo), then Meyers can too.
