Trust me you don’t want him. He’s so bad now. Raptors had to package a 2nd rounder just to get rid of him for Cash considerations. He doesn’t belong in the league in this current era

Only team that scares me in the East is a healthy Brooklyn squad. They go as far as KD takes them, however.
Philly is mentally weak and will shatter to pieces if they play us. Tobias Harris is the biggest fraud since Pascal Siakam. Ben Simmons is the same player he was 4 years ago. Can Embiid win 4 games? Doubt it.
Boston hasn't made any improvements. Tristan Kardashian isn't the answer. Kemba is streakier than Kendrick. Jayson Tatum.. don't even get me started.
Bam said get it outta here.Milwaukee has already lost the series mentally. They added Jrue, we added Oladipo. They spent 4 draft picks to bring in PJ Tucker and we countered with Ariza. Giannis's shot still looks like something you'd see in an elementary school playground.
New York doesn't have enough offense. Defensively they can give us issues - Thibs is extraordinary - but they will struggle mightily to consistently score the basketball against us in a 7 game series.
Atlanta has no defense. Trae Young can pull up from deep all he wants. Score 110 but give up 120. Sweep here.
Charlotte is without Lamelo and now Hayward will miss the next 4 weeks at least.
Indiana is a long physical team and it will probably end up being a grueling 6 or 7 game series. I like our chances.
Chicago has no defense.
Raptors? We'd cuck them and steal Kyle Lowry while we're at it.

Pass . . .
Monroe is more of a traditional low-post center who isn’t an outside threat on offense and has struggled when tasked with defending pick-and-rolls or switching onto perimeter players.

Yeah the way Monroe fizzled out in 2018 isn't very encouraging though he's still relatively young at 30yo.

Report: Kawhi Leonard ‘absolutely’ interested in joining forces with Jimmy Butler and Bam Adebayo on Miami Heat
The Miami Heat may have recently reloaded by trading for former All-Star guard Victor Oladipo, but there is a chance they may become even stronger next season.
An NBA agent told NBA Analysis Network that Los Angeles Clippers superstar Kawhi Leonard could “have interest in” teaming up with Bam Adebayo and Jimmy Butler.

Leonard signed as a free agent with the Clippers prior to last season a month after leading the Toronto Raptors to the NBA championship.
Thus far, his Clippers tenure has been a disappointment. Despite being favored to win in all, the team choked away a 3-1 series lead to the Denver Nuggets in last year’s Western Conference semifinals.
This season, the Clippers have one of the NBA’s most efficient offenses, but their defense is still a concern.
Leonard could become a free agent at the conclusion of this season. If the Clippers fail to win the championship or at least reach the NBA Finals, it seems plausible that he may at least consider jumping ship and heading to greener pastures.

Don’t do this to me banner OP. Don’t get my hopes up like this.
Is there any conceivable way to add Kawhi and keep Dipo? I assume a S&T where we send picks to LAC.

The best way is to let Oladipo go and use the money available to sign Kawhi so that we can also keep Duncan and Herro. Then we could acquire a point guard like Kyle Lowry or anyone else with a sign and trade or just a regular trade. A regular trade would have more advantages, but it also requires draft picks and would take 3 months or more. The positive side is that we can always sign Dragic and we have the luxury of waiting for a new point guard.

For all of you out there looking for a center, I'll just put this out there for you. Olynyk since the trade:
18.6ppg 5rpg 3apg 1spg 1bpg 62 fg% (39/63) 44 3pt% (14/32) 95 ft% (20/21)

Easy to put up numbers when you’re playing on the worst team in the league, have zero expectations of winning, and aren’t held accountable on defense. Same reason why Wood is putting up all-star stats.
Lol

don't need dipo at all if kawhi can be had but knowing how kawhi forced the Clippers to mortgage their future to get PG13, he would at least agree to be part of S&T so that the Clippers can get something in return.
let's hope that Pandemic P shows up again in the playoffs
