We should just go into player maintenance mode. Give everyone in the rotation several games off to try to be healthy for the play-in tournament. Then start planning for next season once we're eliminated by by the Wizards.

Still trying to cope with Vincent on Markkannen and Dragic on Theis during last game closing. That’s going to haunt for a while.

This is the lineup we needed during that stretch. Spo has been a lost cause this year. Caron Butler offers nothing on the bench but a yes man. We need another experienced former head coach on the bench.

Spo will never consider that lineup. He’s a dinosaur in the league. Unable to understand that his small ball system does not work without Lebron.

Need some soldiers back. Feels like we have barely had a game with a full squad. Always somebody out.

Still feels like this team is running on fumes. What a difference 6-8 months makes. Felt like the world was our oyster and we were on the cusp of being a perennial contender with capspace. Now there’s no FA’s and we look a shell of the team that almost did the unthinkable last season.

This is a good thread, because of the sexy girls, but F this crap team. Seriously. You can't lose to the effin Bulls. Just enough already.

Just pointing out the obvious here... Nobody is copying your "low energy style" which sucked by definition and could only be justified with a win, which we didn't get, so the sooner we forget that absolute crap GT the better. Next time get the win instead.

Season feels done to me, without some Dipo magic we're just not good enough.

Spo couldn't make this team overachieve at all. And the scoring talent deficiency means were not very good unless we overachieve.

This season is an absolute joke for the Heat. All I do is laugh at this point. Spo did a hell of a job last year coaching in the bubble, but he got lucky to have that multiple month break for his players to refresh before the bubble. The team was fading fast before covid, showing the same signs they are showing now: fatigue.

Spo has shown no willingness to adapt and his system has generated a team barely hanging on for a playoff spot. He needs to be put on the hot seat this summer. Deliver results, or make room for someone else. No other coach in the league was gifted the culture and great players Spo started with. He needed to take things to the next level, but instead it has become a culture of frustration, fatigue, and withdrawal.

I haven't been able to watch, but I sincerely hope Dragic can have a respectable end of his career-- think it's too soon to say he's washed or becoming. It's just been a crazy yr

By the looks of it, i truly believe he is rapidly declining, its sad watch him play now days, very skillful player and his body is failing him.

Spo's first 2 years the 2nd leading scorer on the team was Michael Beasley (13.9 ppg & 14.8 ppg). For context, those were Beasley's 2nd and 3rd best scoring averages of his career. The only thing Spo inherited was a team hoarding future cap space at the expense of winning ... and Wade.

We wouldn't be great with Harden + Jimmy + no one around them and without picks either, if thats your point.

We need to keep Jimmy and Bam and add the best scorer\s we can this offsetting.

We should be interested in every player that is a proven scorer\shooter to help Jimmy and Bam.

We have to hope that the added scorer\s + internal growth + coaching adjustments can combined take us to the next level.
