Good job in the last game OP.
Looking forward to more Bizarro games where Spo plays big players and Robinson and Lowry play like all stars.
DemonOP dimension.

Wait...didn't Demarcus Cousins literally just sign his contract...like he has barely played any games, if any at all...and he is already on the injury report?

Start Omer bandwagon. Team plays completely different when the guards and wings have an active seven footer as a option down low for easy buckets. The positives certainly outweigh any negatives. Most of us should be willing to deal with a few learning on the job bone headed plays he might make. If he can grow into a real option and Spo finally gives in to playing him with Bam it could be the ushering of our future front court.

I'm happy that Duncan broke out and had a good game yesterday. He needs to continue dribbling and not always settling for 3's. Sometimes seeing the easy ones go inside the basket help build confidence.

I think yesterdays game confirmed to me that Bam's soft play is a major issue with the big lineup opponents and Dedmon should start at center while Bam plays the PF fulltime when he returns, then you can switch Tucker or Robinson in the starting lineup as needed. You need a shot blocker in there with this kind of team. Both Dedmon and Yurts are exactly that.
Miami has a good amount of frontcourt talent.

Been saying this for a while now that Bam needs to always be on the floor with another capable big. It gets really dicey for Bam and exposes him when he has to cover for let's say when Spo decides he needs to play the 6'5 205 Caleb Martin at PF. PJ Tucker is a passable front court partner even with his height short comings because he's able to take pressure off Bam being able to bang inside with his 250 frame. Bam played really well when teamed up with Markieff Morris. Morris was also a major beneficiary since teams lagged off him consistently due to Bam.
Markieff essentially played quasi Center position when he was with Bam on the floor. At 6'9 250 he was able to handle that. Yurtseven should be able to play and grow into that Kieff like compliment to Bam if Spo stops being a Spotard. I'm not advocating Dedmon playing with Bam since Dedmon is more of a lumbering conventional Center. Yurtseven clearly has more mobility over Dedmon and more of a PF like game offensively making him a rock solid compliment to Bam. We have the pieces it's just getting over Spo's stubbornness to play small ball. Hoping Riley really did have a stern talking to with the coaching staff and this is the reason Yurtseven finally got his opportunity and will be getting a steady diet of 20-25 minutes a night when Dedmon is off the floor until Bam returns.

He'll need his 3pt shot to start hitting or else that paint is going to be clogged
Lowry
Jimmy
Pj
Bam
Yurt
Jimmy and bam not being shooters will get the paint packed.

I'm with you 100% on all of your points. I'm not sure Riley had to talk to Spo, maybe it was as simple as his eyes being opened to performance and going away from the trends/tropes in his "program". Whatever the case may be, let's see how Spo adapts going forward. Knowing him Yurt7 won't see the floor tonight again.
