Is Tyler Herro Miami’s Best Player? He has been carrying the team all season long and when he is out the team looks lost and unable to close any games.

Best scorer sure.....player? Nah. The answer to that question should be Butler/Bam.

No, he's just forced to play hard at all times because he had a bad season last year. Something the old players can't do.

Butler's still the best player. Herro's coming up quick, though. If he gets his defense to respectable levels he will be the best player.

with 38-21 .644
without 9-6 .600

Tyler is valuable to this team, but lets not get carried away.

He’s extremely valuable when they role players are giving nothing like the last 2 games he’s been gone but it can be covered up when Strus and those guys are playing out of their minds.

I think Butler may be. Take away Butler, esp for the PO's & we'd have a tougher time - just way too much experience. Highly battle tested. Herro doesn't have that yet & if rely solely on him for PO's will be tough for him to deliver on a consistent level. Still very young & inexperienced. Skills-wise though absolutely Tyler is & he is evolving/advancing further as he continues to work on his gm. Herro's on another level when it comes to skillset. No body is close.

Yep Him and bam have both shown to be elite by their 3rd seasons. We killed those drafts.

Got Herro at 13 and he’s the 4th best player from that class, 3rd if Zion turns into Greg oden.

Got Bam and 14 and he’s worst case 3rd best in that class.

Unless you were comparing Herro to Wade which I hope to god you weren’t :lol:

As much as I love Herro Wade was on another level. Imagine Herro trying to carry this team to the NBA Finals, win it & be finals MVP. That's a tough ask for anyone. Wade had that old school grit, will & toughness. I named my 1st born son after that man for good reason.

Herro is having an impressive 3rd season. I hope nxt season he starts to properly prove himself. I think we hinder him if we continue to having him as 6th man.
