Solomon Hill is the ideal stretch 4 for our system. Do it Pat. 3year/45m deal.

Part of the problem with his handles. Herro is not a small guard. He has short arms and shoulders that makes him look small. He can't dribble through traffic like a small guard. He gets pressed and trapped it causes him problems.

Small guards are more suited to beat presses and split traps, unless your name is Gabe Vincent.

Not he isn't but doesn't mean he will reach his ceiling. Most players don't. Herro 3 major weakness are his handles, lack of strength and decision making. All 3 can be fixed but it won't be easy. Herro would have to put major work in the offseason. And even if he does there's no guarantees it will translate to results. I'm sure Winslow put work on his shooting/touch he just couldn't figure it out. But Herro is still young. But he's two or three more seasons away from being who he is. But there is a scenario where in 2 years he's a legit star. However if you are Miami, you need a more sure thing right now cuz Jimmy isn't getting any younger.

This, Herros ceiling isn’t high enough for us to hold off on trading for an all star if we have the opportunity. Over glorified Jordan Clarkson as of right now. Show me otherwise hallstar and Herro

He has four more years to reach his ceiling but he is close. Winslow reached his ceiling.

Different players, but I could see John Wall being our 2022-23 version of Dipo if Dipo gets an offer too good to refuse on the market. You know Spo wants to run that super small backcourt...

I got over Spo small players obsession 7 years ago. And I thought I held on that grudge too long then. It's inevitable.

Before Wall got hurt, Spo was a huge promoter to trade for Wall. And a deal for Wall involving Dragic was pretty much in place then he got hurt. If Wall remains in shape it would be a great fit here for Wall.

If u don't want 2b here, the way things work, u don't like it, then don't b here. U have 2 stand on something. If Miami ain't standing on something, they become alot of these organizations trying 2 find their identity. This is the culture, bro -Wade
