I really feel like we need this win to head into the west coast swing and hopefully turn this around. Then again I also know that unless were staring at the Devil in high heels and have his trident in our azz the team won't make the necessary adjustments, it took some bad press and Jimmy melt down last year for the team to make the adjustments we the fans kept seeing that needed to be made but SPO robotica loves continuity.

Unfortunately, there aren’t many moves Spo can make at this time.

Possible moves:
1) Start Vincent over offseason
2) Start Strus over Herro

That’s pretty much it at this time. Both of those moved make Herro and/or Lowry pretty much untradeable.

0-3, keep the losing streak up so it forces Riley’s hand. There’s never been an offseason where it was so blatantly clear we needed to go all in with our assets to get over the hump and finally start winning championships with this group. What a massive fumble by Riley but let’s face it, he has not been very good the last few years.

This. Riley was done as a front office guy the second he grew old and reserved several years ago. The ambition is simply not there anymore. Don't care to put it that way but it needs to be said because we're likely treadmill city at best for the next several years at least because of poor decision after poor decision

How different would We look right now if we just said screw it and went in guns blazing last summer and had Kyrie and Collins starting at PG and PF. Or maybe instead of Kyrie we found a way to get a 3 and D PG or something. We’d be so much better

I love Spo, best coach in the league. Last night was an absolute coaching malpractice.

Highsmith at the 5 over Jovic?!

4 or 5 guys with more shots than Bam?!

Gabe with 8 shots in the 4th compared to a combined 5 from Herro and Bam?!

Just crazy to me. We’ll see how he adjusts this game.

Last game should’ve been monster 30+ point games for both Herro and Bam and the game that gave us a lot of momentum and confidence in those 2 having truly taken the next step in their games. Spo fumbled it.

I honestly feel were always trying to fight an uphill battle in 2 ways :

1) We're almost always the smaller/less athletic team.

2) we're just not talented enough. We're maximizing the talent we do have better then most teams, but our overall talent is mediocre at best.
Just look at the teams around - they all have multipole allstars/high draft picks/supreme tools guys. While We have a bunch of overachievers playing their hearts out, trying to squeeze any drop of their limited talents.

It's hard. it's tiering. it takes supreme effort and focus. And sometimes you just can't win that uphill battle.

Takes great effort for all teams looking to contend-- we were at the door last few years, just not talented enough to get over the hump.

Unfortunately we don't have the kind of assets available for a major upgrade to add to our core, we'll likely age out of this core and look forward to building the next
