Strus and Robinson simply have to make shots, it's nearly their only purpose on the court. Kevin Love was a gift in the FA market that will allow Miami to see if a more conventual sized PF was part of the issue for this team's issues. It's going to take a few games before this team will know how to utilize Love, he was left wide open a ton that first game and most of the time the guy with the ball didn't even look at him. They really needed to win that Hornets game even with them not use to each other.

I noticed that as well, dribbling with our heads down and missing Love wide open. That being said, he’s had 1 good half of basketball in these 1st 2 games. Hopefully he’s able to build and that good half ends up becoming the norm for him every half

Love isn't a savior but what he can still do is what Miami desperately needs, rebound and shoot 3s.

In the calculated ORTG-DRTG Love was a +3 for Cleveland this year, currently he's a +3 for Miami after 2 games. Currently most of the rotation is in the negative. Only Butler, Bam, Love and Zeller are in the positive. Lowry and Martin are at -1, Herro and Strus are -5, Hayward -10, Oladipo -11(he's moving towards a roleplaying defender), Vincent -12 and then Robinson at -13.
