We barely scraped past Utah and arguably have not found consistent form since early February. The last couple weeks have been hard too watch. Also, Memphis is a very good team, even without Ja Morant. Tyus Jones is an excellent backup and regularly torches the Heat.

Let's be honest here, we're not getting to 5th seed.

So if we're fighting to get to 6th seed, AT BEST, do we really feel we have a chance Vs the Sixers without HCA?


Because if you're predicting an embarrassing sweep, you might as well hope we miss the playoffs completely. Maximize our draft pick, hope for some lottery luck.

Worst case is NOT missing the playoffs,
Worst case is actually getting blown out in the first round and getting a chitty pick in the draft that won't help us going forward.

Honestly that’s the best case scenario. That will force accountability this offseason, something that has been missing here from the top to the bottom. That will force real change and a dead reckoning this summer.

the only success we can achieve this season is to keep on losing and get a semi decent pick in the draft, that is all.
