Jokes aside, Miami is playing bball how it should be played. Thats why theyre winning. You need some guys to draw attention and you need your role players to step up. Thats exactly whats happening.

At this point if Herro comes back you don’t even bring him off the bench until you need a spark because Duncan or Strus are struggling pretty bad and it’s hurting the team.

The ball is moving way too well and offense and defense is too in sync to break it up. Duncan is shooting 45% from 3 in these playoffs on nearly 6 attempts a night.

This is not a knock on Herro by the way, if it ain’t broke……

Just simmed this season with this Boston roster. They didnt lose a game! Undefeated. Grant won 6MOY. Tatum MVP. Timelord DPOY. Pritchard MIP. Mazz COTY.

Don't worry, more people are coming around about this. The Hoop Collective mentioned today Miami becoming better with Herro out, better defense and better ball movement. Anything is Podable which is a Celtics podcast were wanting Herro back to be able to have more people to target. All this team needed was 2-way players around Butler and Bam, you can sprinkle in specialized 3pt shooter in here and there like Herro or Robinson, but you shouldn't have one of them as a main player because they can hurt your defense greatly the deeper you go into the playoffs.

It's about not having holes in your defense; Phoenix had 2 great offensive players with Booker and KD and didn't get out of the 2nd round. Just keep going with the toughness and 2-way players, not just this year but basically every year. In a few years, Miami is going to need to find the next tough player, sadly New York got one of the few of them in Brunson.
