And I also agree, Dame is just playing us. He doesn’t have a NTC, he can’t pick where he wants to go. Portland will send him to whoever the highest bidder is. There’s a good 15 teams with better packages than we can offer. So now we are hoping that Portland does Dame and the Heat a “solid” and take Herro/Lowry and a pick in 2042. Our offer might’ve worked on the Wizards as Beal could dictate his destination. Now we are just going on Portland having good faith and doing us favors. We are HIGHLY screwed

I’m gonna be honest here cause i’ve been a big skeptic on Dame coming here since day 1 but the dynamic of drafting Scoot at 3 to have him sit behind Dame just doesn’t seem right. I don’t see many minutes at the 2 either with Simons, Sharpe, and now Rupert. Why would Dame want to play with such a high profile rookie behind him? I do see a high chance of a trade but I don’t think it will just be us.

The last threads locked now so I cant reply but Hallstar really gonna say the Heat finished 7th cuz Dipo couldnt hold up his end of the bargin as 6th man? When his boy Herro wants to start despite it not being whats best for the team, and hasnt held up his end of the bargin on defense ever or even in general in the playoffs since he became known as bubble boy lol. Im no Herro hater but hes the one making like 30M...chill on Dipo hes tried his best for us but his body just wont give him and us a break. We finished 7th because we were a mess all season and that was often Jimmy included. The lack of size and scoring especially outside shooting plagued us all year.
