Herro - 33M
Ware - 5M
Jaquez - 6M
Larsson- 2M

That’s why I keep saying trading Herro is so important. We could afford 2 max’s that offseason.

We cannot spend any assets beyond that year which is another reason I hated the Rozier trade.

The plan should be to clean the books by that offseason. Get whatever you can in expirings and picks for anything of value that expires before then.

Fox, Luka, Curry, Lillard, Trae, SGA, many more.

Think about this every time we send a contract into that year.

This feels like going all in Blockbuster videos after Netflix has entered the picture.

Times have changed and if you dont evolve you get destroyed. With the new CBA even if you have cap space you are asking players to take millions of dollars in losses to just sign here. It really doesn't make much sense any more. Luka can get more resigning, player X gets more resigning. Also by having just capspace that means you dont have any foundational pieces short of Bam, that means trying to fill the team with vet mins or players off the street. The game has changed.

I say we trade everyone. Andy Ellisberg has to go too.

The only reason you try and resign Martin for that amount is you are trying to deal Butler and Jaime needs a trusted vet backup. Or Jaime is on the way out in a bigger deal.

Really, really tough CBA. It def did what it set out to do, which is kill the super teams and try to bring parity to the league. It might be a little too strict. Super hard CBA to operate under.
