The Suns may be **** because Beal could simply refuse to waive his no-trade clause.

Just flew to Milwaukee to take Spo out to dinner, all I’ll say is Minnesota. I’ll leave it at that

I own a few cabins there, we may need a Heat Forum retreat paid in full by Rapaz by the time the Jimmy stuff is done.

This is a train wreck that is getting hard to turn away from. Making stability and bottom line number one priority may turn out to be a fatal move for Miami. If we don’t find a deal for him we have to hope to god he declines his upcoming player option

Pigeon Forge is out of the question. I’m on a Bruce Sherman budget. We’re staying at a rest stop in Wartburg.

I agree 100% with Tobin. The Heat are focused on not letting Jimmy get away with his ****, when they should be focused on the other players, the staff, and the fans. The rest of the players and the staff are trying to win, and I'm sure they'd prefer if the front office was focused on that too. I'm sure that most fans feel the same way.

And for god's sake, if you're going to suspend Jimmy, then suspend him through the trade deadline if not for the rest of the season.

Get him away from the team. Get him out of the locker room. Get the team out of this damn circus from hell.

At the end of the day we have more years left of productivity with our core than Jimmy has productive years left in his career (hence his antics to try to get this done before the deadline). If there's no deal to be had right now, he can piss off the rest of our season, we'll go into the lottery and nail another draft pick and he'll still be in the same position of not being able to sign outright with the team he wants to be with -- we aren't taking Beal now, and we're not going to be forced to take him over the summer just because this clown opts into his contract. Two weeks is plenty of time to circle back to Memphis and say hey give us Smart's expiring, Clarke, and a draft pick. We're doing this malcontent a favor of trying to work with his desired destination in good faith, it doesn't mean we cant spin the block at the deadline.

I think the team captain should sac up and have a sit down with Pat and Micky and Spo and let them know that they've lost focus, and point out that they'd never put up with this nonsense from a player.

The Heat is putting a guy on the court that is actively sabotaging the team, just to continue a pissing match that doesn't benefit the team at all.

I expect a deal within the next 48 hours. Maybe it’s dumb, just a gut feeling.

Nah they're on 2nd apron. So they can't aggregate salary in a trade. So its one of of Booker, Beal or KD if they want Butler. And the contracts they would need to dump to get under 2nd apron would be the ones they need to match salary. So it has to be Beal for Butler
