I like Wiggins from the 3. He will help in many areas.

Super excited about this Wiggins. He gives us some much needed athleticism on the perimeter. Only 29 years old (will turn 30 in a couple of weeks).

Between Bam, Highsmith, and now Andrew Wiggins and PJ Tucker, we have the perimeter versatility to match-up effectively against the Boston Celtics, the Milwaukee Bucks, and the Cleveland Cavaliers of the world (defensively).

I would love to see a closing line-up of:

Herro
Jovic
Wiggins
Bam
Ware

I think this is a good trade for Miami.
Wiggins is more polished now and in his prime.

Personally I was a Heat fan in the years of Wade and now I will follow them again

Ecstatic to have Wiggins, if only because it banishes HH to the shadow realm competing for bench minutes, where he belongs. No more token starter thank god.

As a GSW fan who has seen them make some good moves over the last few years (including acquiring Wiggins and Kuminga for DLo), i’m here to tell you that Miami won this trade in a landslide.

Wiggins was bad for two years while his dad was dying. Once his dad died, i wasnt sure if the Wiggins of ‘22 would come back.

He has. If i were GSW gm, i wouldnt trade Wiggins alone for Butler. But our loss is your gain. The 2025 1st rounder was idiotic, so you’re welcome. Its likely to be in the 12-14 range, because GSW is not contending before or after this trade.

We're probably a few years too late and he's already peaked, but I hope that he finds more of himself here!

Keep sharing that smile with the world young man!

I think you are wrong and you will be surprised. His defense is elite, he came along this year into his 2022 form that helped us win a title, i am very sad to see him go. The only silver lining is that he came to you, the only other NBA team i follow besides my dubs.

Take care of him, he is a wonderful human being and a good player. And i think he will repay your trust if given to him.

All the best, hope to see you have a good playoff run.

Thanks floppy.

I really feel we did well. We are paying half as much for a guy who plays twice as much as a guy 6 years older than him.

Im a draft nerd, so the pick is the cherry on top.

While we have someone from the West in here, how much does the going on 30 years conference imbalance giving teams from the East a much easier playoff run piss you off? The Heat have a chance to get home court, but if they were in the West they'd be fighting just to get in the play-in. The Heat have benefitted from the conference imbalance more than any other team by far. 7 finals in 19 years :D. They wouldn't have done that from the West. Maybe they would've gotten to 2 or 3 finals.

You got the wrong person here maybe, as my opinion might differ from another western conference fans. Cause it doesn't bother me at all. If you want to win a chip, you must beat everything in front of you. And the final opponent having an easier schedule mustn't be a reason not to win it all. If that's your excuse, you're weak and don't deserve to be a champ. You have 8 places in the conference for a play off spot, if you are not capable to achieve it, what are the chances to win it? it just means you are not good enough.

What really bothers me is the 82 game season, the back to backs and all the injuries. They are more detrimental to the league than anything else, if you ask me. But everyone wants their big checks, so it is what it is.

I would love a 58 game season, where everyone play everyone twice.
