taking for flagg, btw
if the heat doesnt get flagg what other players are available for the heat that should be good too? i think the chances of getting flagg are pretty low regardless
but this team needs a true PG and a true star, there's no doubt about this

Todd golden as the next Heat coach. Make it happen.
He would do wonders with our current team.

Literally said this to DOM yesterday, Curry went full balls to the wall once they got Jimmy and now he’s breaking down.

We can literally catch the Spurs now. We'd move into the 8th spot. Furthermore, we'd have a 26.3% chance of jumping into the Top 4. I'd be happy with Fears at 8 (Or if we know he's going to be there at 10-12 we can trade back for a future pick as well as Fears). If we do jump into top 4, it's all about Harper. Not even in my dreams would I dare Imagine us getting Flag, Harper though plays exactly at our biggest position of need. If we can get him then we can concentrate on finding the perfect complementary peaces around the team while he is on his rookie contract.

Keshad Johnson and Nassir Little(needs to be signed to a 2 way) need to be brought in to bring some added toughness to this soft ass team. Might have to stop giving Dru Smith charity and sign Little to that two way contract. I don’t think Dru is eligible for another 2 way next year anyway so they can just sign him to a minimum.

Nassir looks like an absolute unit.

Warriors are at 22 right now but they’re a 2 game losing streak from being at 17. Need them to play some actual good teams

Fears seems to be the guy unless we jump from what I’ve seen everywhere. Is he ready to immediately impact games? I see he’s a 27.5% 3 point shooter in college and as a PG with a 31% usage he only averages 4 assists

Here’s what i’m doing ROS
Dropping Dru Smith from 2 way(Nobody signing him coming off achilles)- Can continue to rehab with us
Sign- Nassir Little to the 2 way vacated
Drop- Isiah Stevens(Not producing enough other then assist in G League and too small)
Sign- Man Man Williams to the vacated Stevens 2 way. Give Alondes another run these last few games with the big club.
Call up immediatelly
PG/SG Alondes Williams
SF/PF Nassir Little
PF Keshad Johnson
SG Josh Christopher
Permanently bench
PG Terry Rozier
PF Kyle Anderson
SF Haywood Highsmith
Compete for minutes
SF Pelle Larrson
SF Jaime Jaquez
C Bam Adebayo C Kelel Ware
PF Keshad Johnon PF Nassir Little (PF Niko Jovic)
SF Andrew Wiggins SF Jaime Jaquez SF Pelle Larrson
SG Tyler Herro SG Josh Christopher SG D Rob
PG Davion Mitchell PG Alondes Williams

2nd youngest player in the draft class. PG is a hard position to be impact from day 1. Setting him up for failure to expect it tbh. Part of the appeal for Fears is that hes clearly still developing and thus has a higher ceiling.
4 assists for a freshman in college is a very healthy number. He actually has the highest assist percentage among any of the freshman guard prospects in the draft.
His assist percentage of 28.6% is on par with freshman seasons from guards like SGA, Fox, Harden, Brunson (higher than each of his 3 college seasons), Lillard (any of his 4 college seasons)
Better than freshman rates of Cunningham, Haliburton, Garland, Edwards, Maxey, Mitchell.

Love the prospect of Harper. Gotta be top 2 to get him.

He's still raw but the potential is definitely there to be special.

Longest losing streak of Spoelstra’s tenure as HC. He’s cooked.

His athleticism is off the charts. I really hope we get him. Most explosive guard here since Wade

Its his worst year for sure as a game manager.
