Dirk's Revenge

Post#1 » by HeatInOhio » Fri Jan 4, 2008 8:31 pm

Miami @ Dallas 9:30 PM EST

On paper, it appears that stationary bikes are safe as the Heat roll into Big D with a flat tire. Dallas is a 14 point favorite at the time of this post. Let's go Heat!!!

lol.. Have you guys listened to the commercials on ESPN?

They said something like "Will this be the game that will bring the Heat back to championship form?". I was like, what the ****?

This is either going to end our season for good or get our team together for a nice streak.

Even though it will make us bad on defense, I hope after every bucket, the player who scores jumps onto the floor on his back and shimmies LOLToine style.

Steve Nash has a rather Adam Morrison-esque stash going on in those pics. Steve Stash.... sounds better than Steve Nash.

Chris Quinn by hiself cancels out Devin Harris, Josh Howard, and Didier Ilunga Mbenga.

Update: Mbenga don't play for the Mavs no more.
For a long time it gave me nightmares, witnessing an injustice like that. It’s a constant reminder of just how unfair this world can be.I can still hear them taunting him, Silly Rabbit tricks are for kids.I mean why couldn’t they just give him some cereal?

Another piece of crap game we get on TV here in Australia. I am not even planning to watch it all. It is on 1.30pm here and it is a beautiful day outside and my kayak is begging to be paddled down a river.

Hmmmm, what to do....

Depends if you are a good speller or not.

I think the Heat should start giving away one rotation spot each game to a member of the public. This would achieve a number of things;
1. Add interest to what is otherwise a boring affair
2. Save Arison much money so we can hit luxury territory next year
3. Could unearth a superstar
4. Could provide a player that makes Chris Quinn looks like he belongs
5. Might mean Luke Jackson isn't the worst shooter on the team
6. Will provide a stack of expiring contracts that we could package for Brand
7. Will actually provide this board something to discuss
