I am not Heat or King fan, but if this deal was on the table:
Ricky Davis
Jason Williams
Alonozo Mourning
Swap 1st with SAC one time (top three protection for the next three years); if never swapped SAC gets 2nd rounder in 2010.

The Kings get a LOT of cap room for this off season and they can play Udrih and get back to the team that was rolling without these two. Miami obviously gets a veteran point guard, the chance to see how Artest melds with this team and if they want him long term.
