seriously, we have mentioned Jermaine in like 3 or 4 different threads already for the past 4 days, plus we have a thread on what our next steps should be... it just keeps things organized to try and keep things to as few threads as possible, otherwise it gets so annoying with everyone repeating the same things in multiple threads
