Brand opting out?

What makes everyone so certain that Brand will opt out of his contract? That he would want to sign in Miami? That Riley would want him?
Questions 2 and 3 are based solely on Brand signing Miami's offer sheet years ago. Perhaps he did it knowing that the Clips would match and just wanted to get it over with and get paid.. Perhaps Riley only did it knowing the Clips would match so he could in actuality get Odom who he wanted all along... even dating back to when he was going to trade with Vancouver for his rights on draft night.
When Riley finally steps down as Coach, perhaps his replacement will want a true center and not a PF playing Center in the Eastern Conference. Perhaps if we get Beasly, he will turn out to be just as good as Brand (in a couple of years) and then we can have him with Wade and Marion and some parts...
But enough about Brand opting out... he is guanteed money and after his injury... he won't opt out. And Marion would be a fool to opt out of his deal so we don't have money to pay Brand and I would be surprised if Marion is traded since he is playing well with Wade.
