I really think we should wait until the lottery is set so we know exactly which pick we got, because all this talk of Beasley and Rose is bad karma, and it's going to be your fault if we get pick number 3.
For a long time it gave me nightmares, witnessing an injustice like that. It’s a constant reminder of just how unfair this world can be.I can still hear them taunting him, Silly Rabbit tricks are for kids.I mean why couldn’t they just give him some cereal?

It's funny how Rose wasn't even in the discussion until recently. All I heard about was "Beastly" and Mayo.

I don't like these topics when the team isn't even sure where they're picking yet. It's just bad energy.

And this isn't reverse jinxing, mb. Reverse jinxing would be making a topic like "Who should we pick at number 3 or 4?" That's reverse-jinxing.

People that believe in jinxing, are the one's that jinx the team.
We have the best odds at number one, or two out any other team. I think believing in jinxing is jinxing.

And for some reason I believe that the NBA does fix drafts. And the fact we have Wade in our team, bodes well for us if that angle is true.

If anyone will be getting the draft fixed in their favor, it'll be the Knicks.

I don't believe in jinxing. I believe in probability.

are you guys aware that even if for some cruel reason we dont get the top 2 pic we can still get an excellent player (mayo, love, jordan, bayless, gordon)?

Yes, we're all aware of that. There's virtually no downside to this draft pick. Even the #4 can traded for a second star and other picks to build this team into a contender again.

I have always felt as if the draft was a farce... NY gets Ewing... San Antonio gets Duncan to pair with Robinson... Cleveland just happens to get LBJ...

I wonder if the league punishes the Heat because of Riles. Remember when all the officials were against him? Then I wonder if the league wants to see Wade flourish with his marketabilty.

I'm afraid.

Is this a:

Hakeem vs Jordan draft? Win win, but one wins much much more.
Webber vs Hardaway draft? Win win, but these guys aren't HOF players. The hype around Rose and Beasely almost makes it sound like HOF is a given. What if we pick the wrong one and the other is truly "special"?
Lebron vs Darko draft? EEK!!!!

What if we get the #4........
