I've been watching some old videos of the Heat in the 2004 and 2005 playoffs. Wade was so fast back then. He is so much bulkier now.

Yeah, I'm watching 2006 games and even then he looked significantly faster and lighter. Let's hope Grover gets him back to that condition.

He said that the rehab is going great. He says that he will be 100% for the summer games and hopes to be in the best shape of his career going into next year.
