Comparing Beasley's and Rose's Intangibles

We already know what both have physically, and talent wise. But I got to thinking about the mental part and intangibles of them both.
I constructed a pros and cons list of the intangibles for Beasley and Rose...
Beasley
Pros
Passion/love for the game - I've seen scouting reports talking about Beasley maybe lacking love for the game of basketball, lol wut? Every game I've watched him play he showed amazing passion during games, during and after (although I also saw a little immaturity, which is one of his cons). I've also seen a report on TV where he talks about the feeling he gets just being on the court playing the game he loves, it defiantly wasn't a bunch of bull, you could tell he was being 100% sincere.
Leadership - Probably one of my favorite intangibles about this guy, which he seems to have over Rose. Rose seems like a quit leader, one who leads by his play. But its evident that Michael Beasley was the VOCAL leader of that over achieving K-State team, as a freshman. The Heat lacks a vocal leader, and as he matures I think he could become an even better leader, on and off the court.
Killer Instinct - Beasley is in no way shape or form a passive player, he seems to have the "you can not stop me" attitude and I love it. Its almost in the mold of Kobe, in that he believes he can score on who ever is guarding him, and that he will go for the jugular. Not only does he believe it, but he proved he can back it up. This is another thing I'm not sure Rose has.
Cons
Immaturity - This one use to really worry me, but I think he will grow out of it. It is more then likely he has the "red-flags". His immaturity showed on the court as well, after games it almost looks like hes about to throw a hissy fit, and cry.
Inablity to play along side another star? - Thats one thing I LOVE about Rose, we already know he can play amazing next to other great players, but can Beasley? Hes always been by far the best player on his teams, and I wonder how he will adapt playing with a superstar like Wade. One thing that really stuck out to me that bothered me is that he choose K-State, he could have gone to a much higher profile school with better players, but he choose that lesser known college. In an interview he mentioned he wanted to do something for that college that no one else has (stats wise). Maybe he HAS to be the man? Hmmm...
Rose
Pros
Ability to play with other stars - He already showed his freshman year that he has absolutly no not only playing, but excelling with other stars. With CDR and Dorsey, he was asked to take a back seat, and he still was the go to man in the tourney, yet he still made his teammates better.
Clutch - This man is amazing in the clutch, despite his missed FTs in the Finals. The shots he made at the end of that game, heck all tourney in the clutch, were insane. In that aspect he reminds me of Baron Davis/Dwyane Wade.
On the floor leadership - He obviously is a leader on the court, as the freshman PG of the veteran Memphis team he absolutly lead that team, especially in the tourney against top competition.
Cons
Lack of Killer Instinct? - At times throughout the year he seemed to be very passive (although being a freshman on an aforementioned veteran team might have something to do with it). Rose didn't always spew confidence when playing, at times looking a little intimidated to drive, or even shoot.
Not a Vocal Leader? - Again, this might have something to do with being a freshman on that veteran team, but I never saw local leadership from Rose.
MODS: I know this could have gone in the Rose/Beasley thread, but I hope you don't lock this. I think a discussion consisting of the comparison of there intangibles is worth a separate thread.

My goodness. You guys see him go coast-to-coast in that clip? He did so better than many NBA
