These rumors are ridiculous now. I read a post by a wise heat fan yesterday here talking about the cycle of a trade rumor and how it starts in a blog, then is picked up by espn, then is picked up by other newspapers saying espn reports, etc. etc. and it's true.
Here is perfect evidence of this which Blazen found:
What a BIG load of crap. Here's the post by Ira: http://blogs.sun-sentinel.com/sports_ba ... -deal.html

This rumor is BUSTED. Whoever wrote that little segment either didn't do their homework, or is just flat out fibbing. Either way it's pretty irresponsible.
Anyone else got any trade rumors to bust?

If that’s the case, the Heat would like receive either Stephon Marbury or Jamal Crawford in return, as well as the Knicks’ No. 6 pick. As has been reported by the South Florida Sun-Sentinel, the Knicks could also end up with Shawn Marion.
