HEAT DRAFT PARTY

When: 6 p.m. Thursday.

Where: AmericanAirlines Arena.

What: Fans can watch a live broadcast of the draft
on ESPN and see the Heat unveil a new logo. Miami has draft picks No. 2 and No. 52, barring any trades.

Featuring: Heat players are scheduled to make appearances throughout the event.

Admission: Free.

Parking: Free in the P2 garage.

is it a main or an alternate? and no bias but our logo is one of the bests currently and the good ones in history.

With just 1 BAD season and you create a new logo for the team? mmmm

i hope they re-do the court too...this yellow is played out. they need to bring back the black.

Anybody that is going to the draft party, promise to go nuts if Riley trades the #2 for anything other than a star veteran player (and even then, maybe go nuts anyway).

Its a secondary logo. Its the letters "MH" with the trademark fire around it

If we end up selecting Beasley and trading him for some garbage deal like Wilcox and Mayo the new logo might be blood red with a bnch of guns on it...

If we don't draft Beasley and keep him, the new logo might be the american airlines arena in flames going through a hoop with a large crowd looking on in full riot mode with pitchforks hunting for Pat Riley who has to change his name to "Wade Jones" and enter the witness protection program given his part on such a terrible crime.

Marketing. A new logo sells more merchandise. It makes you get the new Wade jersey etc...

is it possible that the heat will get a new logo with the new jerseys?????? that would be cool!!! does anyone wanna make designs (idk how) on what they feel the jersey would look like....i like almost like the new hawks one for our away but red with blak and white at the top

I am sorry to say that I did not like the new logo. With all of the creative talent we have in South Florida, they came up with a terrible logo...yikes!!
