im pretty sure hell play the year in providence, but i am pumped about the Lucic signing. i didnt think he was this close, and figured hed play another year in the WHL.
this helps my understanding of why theyd be willing to trade kalus. i think lucic is a better prospect. before last season he was really just seen as a physical presence, but blossomed offensively and lead his team to the memorial cup and won the cup mvp award. hell be a force (6'4 220, big fighter) on the ice and should be able to chip in somewhere between 15-30 goals. a great value for his draft spot.
