Savard on the Trading Block??

I hope not. Losing savard, even if we were to get a good d-man, would really piss me off.
Chiarelli sais no. And I really hope he sticks to his word.
Chiarelli is saying though that he has been on the phone with a lot of teams. My guess is he is looking to dump someone, schaefer? Maybe pick up a defender.

Wednesday's Boston Herald reported of chatter regarding a possible trade involving Marc Savard. Later on Wednesday, Chiarelli said Savard would not be traded.
"He's an All-Star player, without whom we wouldn't have made the playoffs last year," Chiarelli said.

New rumor from spectors hockey is savard to chicago for Seabrook and skille.
Savard (NTC) does not want to leave boston. Fans don't want savard to leave. So why is Chia even looking around?
