Hardest Shot Competition-Zdeno Chara looks to reign supreme for the third year in a row.
Accuracy Competition: Marc Savard
Tim Thomas is expected to participate in the events where a goalie is needed, such as the best trick shot.

Sunday Jan. 25th:
NHL All Star Game: Tim Thomas, Marc Savard, Zdeno Chara.

Hopefully the players represent the bruins well!

Blake Wheeler won the MVP award of the Young Stars game.

Chara wins the hardest shot competition, beating Al Iafrate's record with him clocking the gun over 105.
-Man that was awesome, I was screaming.

Savy made it to the finals of the elimination shootout. He was on the mic today and was pretty hilarious. Him and Timmy Thomas slapped hands after timmy let savy's goal in. It was pretty funny.

Timmy made some nice stops.

Overall the bruins represented the ASG Skills comps very well.

Very exciting stuff tonight. Wheeler was the best one on the ice tonight. Then Chara breaking the record just symbolized our season in a way. Just pure awesomeness.

Timmay defiantly gave savvy that tying goal.

Everyone was super pissed when Thomas let Savard score on him to put him back in it. Doan deserved to win it, either way.

How the hell did Lucic make the Soph team over Krejci? Name value >>> talent, I guess.

They both should have made it. I am glad lucic dropped out of it though, he needed the rest.

But just the fact that Lucic made it in over Krecji means that the league values name over actual play

Agreed, No argument there.

I think its more surprising who else made is over Krecji. Not just Lucic, because I still feel Lucic is one of the better and most affective sophomores in the League. So in all its just a shame that Krecji didn't make it.
