Great move. Keeping Krejci was my biggest priority for the offseason. But how much does that leave us to offer Kessel?

Didn't the salary cap just take a 5% dip? The odds of us keeping both even before the new cap seemed pretty unlikely.

I'll take Krejci over Phil but I'd hate to see "the next Modano" just walk.

It's going to be tough to keep kessel, after signing thomas to that extension, and now krecji, the B's don't have a lot of room to work with. But I am with you, I think the kid is special, to let him walk would be stupid.

It was a very smart move getting krejci back. I do not think we will have a problem getting kess back if he doesnt ask for greedy money. I he is willing to take a contract almost identical to krejci then we are fine. But if he wants 5-6 mill, bye bye kess.
