I don’t know why people laugh at this notion. Giannis is pretty stubborn sometimes. That stubbornness made him come back early and get hurt before the playoffs.

It’s ok to suggest he’s stubborn and needs to learn when to go full gas and when to back off and coast a bit.

There’s a difference between treating every game like it’s Game 7 of the Finals and what Kawhi does every year.

Kawhi hasn't gotten anymore a positive result from his load managed in comparison with Giannis' gutting out games.

Hopefully his chronic condition, that SAS once denied, is in reality much worse than GA's own woes.

I guess I’d say it is possible that the right traits sometimes have adverse consequences. Patriotism and sense of duty (for example) is a good thing for a culture, but it sometimes results in great sacrifice. It is a good thing that Giannis works, trains, and plays hard. That is not the same thing as saying it is advantageous 100% of the time. For example Giannis is incredibly loyal and that is the main reason he has resigned with us twice. Right? It is a good thing? But it also has him playing for Greece right now (not ideal for the Bucks). My only point is everything Giannis is is mostly good for us. Better than the alternative universe Giannis that is teaming with Jokic and Murray in Denver.

And then there is the Giannis too much fun detractors. It’s almost like we have a full spectrum of opinions here. That shouldn’t be allowed.

Maybe if his name was Denise instead of Dennis.

Does Giannis want to play all the time sure but it’s the teams decision especially the medical staff that needed to rest Giannis when his Achilles was bothering him and if they letting him make those decisions they need to be fired and replaced with competent doctors.
