I'd be all for giving him 5-10 minutes of non closing lineup (obviously) minutes a night from day one. His quickness stands out it would be fun to have that gear to go to in spurts.

1st let's send him to the G League and see if he can occasionally hit a shot before we waste regular season minutes on him.

Nice one, Larry Drew.

Doc already has him at the front of the young guy queue so he's 10th at worst in the rotation right now if everyone suits up.

In the preseason. Is it possible that changes when the results count?

The Bucks could realistically go with an 8 man rotation. Wright backing up both guards, Portis will continue as the backup 4/5, and then decide whether Patty C or Prince is the backup 3.

One more player will get token minutes, I'm guessing AJ Green.

I'd like to see him play rotation minutes every 3 or 4 games, spend the rest of the time lifting heavy and working with our insanely deep bench of coaches. Wouldn't have an issue with him getting heavy run for the Herd, but I think staying with the Bucks -- absorbing everything he can, focusing on defense and distributing when he gets in the game -- would be best for him.

Differences in outcomes between development strategies is probably marginal as it's mainly about him, his capacity, and his professional habits.
