PG Hornets: Bucks Roll

Post#1 » by MickeyDavis » Thu Feb 6, 2025 2:09 am

Coasted to a win. Dame was great. Bobby 23/17/5. All around good game.
I'm against picketing but I don't know how to show it.

Bobby had 23 points on 21 shots but it felt like more than that.

Still time to trade Portis and Brook and whoever, get KD and play Giannis at 5.

Nice to get a Bud era victory where you rest Giannis but still cruise against a bad team.

Bobby looked great but I’m guessing he’s gone tomorrow. But if they don’t move him, he really is valuable when you rest Giannis and need someone to soak up those points and rebounds you’re missing.

Bobby auditioning for Brooks spot... might not be a terrible idea.. I'd miss Brook but Bobby is younger, same shooting %, slow but not as a C.. Bobby is also more integrated in the Offense as he doesn't have to just stay at the top like Brook is (scared he can't get back on D). Is Bobby our C moving forward? With Sims backup?

It's definitely interesting we didn't choose a Km trade that packaged BP.. hmmm

For an the talk that Bobby was killing the Bucks early in the year, Bobby now has a positive +/-.

With Butler traded, KD isn't going anywhere. The point of trading KD was so they could get Butler on the cheap.
