Really do envy the people that are still trying to find silver linings from this one. Pacers didn't shoot that well from 3, and Haliburton even did his usual playoff mental midget thing, yet we still got embarrassingly blown out. Doc isn't changing. This board spent years whining about "adjustments" when we were winning 50+ games every year, and now a whole lot of people are getting a wake up call about what it's like to have a coach who actually doesn't make sensible adjustments.
#1 3PT shooting team in the league all of a sudden just can't shoot as soon as we face a team with playoff intensity? Something tells me that's not because the Pacers all of a sudden transformed into the '04 Pistons. It's gonna take Giannis and Dame out-talenting the other players on the floor, because that's what becomes a necessity when your role-players are never put in a good position to succeed.
