Finally saw Griffin and Oklahoma play WVU, Chuck. I think I agree with your assessment.

For anybody who's never seen him play:

Blocking a Derrick Rose alley-oop at the rim.

Highlights from the WV game, lots of big plays from Griffin.

How so? He's a solid defender. He moves pretty well laterally.

The only problem with this pick is that I really think that the Bucks need to develop a style.

Teams who win always seem to be an up tempo team or a defensive team...

I'm not sure really what kind of an identity a Green/Yi/Bogut front court would give us. Not sure if they would fit well in a running type scenario and I don't think they'd be good enough defensively to really make us a great half court lock'em down type squad either.

That's why I really like Derrick Rose as our pick... I know that is a pipe dream, but I think he could transform us back into the up-tempo type squad we saw when TJ Ford was a rookie and Bucks basketball looked to have a bright future.

Great size for a freshman, averaging 19/9 for the seaon on 47% shooting, and already has pretty solid range and the ability to block shots.

This is my #1 option in the draft, even though he's 6-11 his game screams small forward. Assuming we don't land in the top 3-5 picks, that is.
S up....lol. Another young and dumb basketball player. You fans crack me up. Few of you know NBA talent. Jonte couldn't read a set defense or offense play to save his life.

He is straight up 'street.' A streetball with no basketball IQ or awareness he just is blessed athletically and reacts. Leave him at Scyracuse with Boheim for a year or two!

Him and the freshman Flynn...He is D-League material. Everyone that can dunk and run and jump can't play basketball Luke. That is 'SportsCenter' talking...

He is talented but needs to keep his ass in school! We don't need another young and dumb basketball player from AAU ball!

Wake up...know this teams needs! Tall, immature, wild, and needs to stay to grow and be a man. Learn some life skills and how to be a teamate.

Some players are not ready...he is one of them.
