I have to agree. Bogut will need to show that running more plays for him is actually worthwhile on a consistent basis before I'll get even slightly excited. I'm thoroughly unimpressed by his post arsenal at this point.
Agreed. I am all for getting Bogut low post touches every single possession when he has weaker defenders on him, but that doesn't happen very often. But when he is up against the Dwight Howards of the world, Ben Wallace's, Tim Duncan's etc. He just isn't that effective. Sure, he'll occasionally be able to slip in a quick jump hook, but that is all he has at this point in his career, he needs to get his points in other ways.
Tomorrow night he should get plenty of touches with Shaq out. And with Redd out, Bogut has to step up and produce offensively or it will be another Washington type game. Heywood did a great job on Bogut on and off the ball. Tonight is not a game where I want Bogut getting a lot of low post touches because Dalembert gives him all sorts of trouble with his length and quickness. Dalembert ate him up in Milwaukee and had his best game of the year in their first matchup. Hopefully Bogut comes out with something to prove tonight.
