I could see the Bulls being one of the only teams in the league that could improve by adding Zach. Furthermore, NY is one of the few teams that could use Simmons and Gadz, and CV would be a nice pick-up for them as well. As for Chicago, they have way too many offensively challenged, defense-minded big men and would benefit from unloading Ben Wallace for a player like Zach. Milwaukee on the other hand would benefit greatly from adding Wallace because he can still guard pf's and c's reasonably well and therefore fits a team need much more than CV, Simmons, or Gadz.
Every team would be trading unwanted salary for unwanted salary, so that wouldn't be a dealbreaker. I think every team would get a little better from this trade, although I think NY would have to include a little more in the deal to make it worthwhile for the Bucks, or send someone else to Chicago so the Bulls could give something else to the Bucks.
Would the Bulls want Randolph? A 3-team TI.

Wallace gets $28 million more over the coming two years. Financially it would be a positive for Milwaukee since we'd shed the $16 million we'd need to pay Bobby and Gadz.
The question is whether or not Wallace brings enough to the table to warrant what we give up.
Gadz is a no brainer, but maybe, just maybe Simmons gets his game back. And I think we can do better with CV in a different trade as well.

Speaking as a Bulls fan, I'd love this deal. I liked the Wallace signing when it happened but I'm growing sicker of it by the day. Randolph has pissed off Eddy Curry for never giving up the ball when he gets it down low, but I don't think Joakim Noah would have any problems. I don't care if he's a cancer, I'm just sick of the Bulls team as it is.

Do you think Kohl would be willing to take on more money now than later?
Im guessing that you are talking about how Bobby and GAD are getting less over the extra year left on their deals where as Wallace over the next two years would make more than noth combined?
I dont know what happen to Wallace? He was dominate in the past.

It's actually not a bad financial move for the Bucks in the sense that Gadz has an extra year on his contract over Big Ben and also the Bucks would probably have to match an offer for CV in a year and a half, which would require them to pay him probably about twice as much as they do now.
I agree that it's too much to give up for just Wallace, but it's not so one-sided that it couldn't be salvaged. I would probably want the Knicks to send Nate Robinson to Chicago so the Bulls could send Thabo and Joe Smith (or some combination of decent role players) to Milwaukee.

I would do it, but this trade would screw up the rotation a bit.
Here is something along what you said (with jones instead of robinson, because it works financially and I don't think the bulls could take Robinson's attitude on an already losing team).

Bucks send to NY
CV
Gadz
Simmons
Bucks Receive
Wallace
Thabo
NY sends:
Randolph
Fred Jones
Ny Receives:
CV, GADZ, Simmons
Bulls receive:
Randolph, fred jones..
So lineups would be....
Bogut, Voskuhl
Wallace, Ruffin
Yi? Thabo, Mason
Redd, Bell
Mo, Ivey
I think the depth is there in the front court. If Yi could play 3 it would work really well, but im not sure of that. Regardless, the inside defense and shot blocking with bogut and wallace would be fun to watch. Swap redd out for a defensive minded sg and i think we actually have a good team.
Bulls
Hinrich, Duhon
Gordon, Fred Jones
Deng, Nocioni
Randolph, Smith
Thomas,
(I'm not too familiar with the rest of the bulls, so i might have something wrong)
The NY Mess
Marbury?, robinson,
Crawford
Richardson,Jeffries, Simmons
CV, David Lee
Eddie Curry, Gadz
Rationale? Not sure....Ny is dumb, isiah probably loves CV. He could split minutes with david lee. They would get rid of randolph....

What?! NY desperately needs a sf who can shoot, a pf who will let Curry be the go-to guy in the post, and a center who rebounds and runs back on defense. What is pointless for NY is having Randolph in the first place.
Chicago desperately needs a low-post scorer and Wallace has been a terrible acquisition for them because he gives them nothing down there. Since he is no longer a dominant defender the Bulls really don't need him.
I shouldn't even have to explain why it would make sense for the Bucks, they need a solid (though no longer dominant) defender and rebounder who can play pf and c, thus not infringing on the pt of Yi or Bogut. Simmons and CV are just extra perimeter shooters on a team with plenty of those already.
If by pointless you mean that none of these players are impact players then I agree. This is no blockbuster obviously. I didn't say it would get any team to the finals, just that it could make them a little better because it addresses some needs for each team while not forcing them to give up anyone they can't afford to lose.
I suspect that Chicago doesn't want Randolph, but they're one of the few teams that might be desperate enough to take a chance on him. Other than that, I think it's a good TI.
