1. Trade Redd and Ivey for Devin Harris + Brandon Bass along with Devon George + Eddie Jones (both expiring) and Hassell as filler to make the trade work.

2. Trade Mo, CV and Noel for Battier, Novak and Snyder (Expiring Filler)

3. Try and trade Gadz for a shorter contract somehow.

4. Draft Joe Ingles with our second round pick and get a sports psychologist for Bogut.

5. Hire the best big man coach money can buy with the money saved from trades. (Yi needs this as much as Bogut)

Harris/Bell/Sessions
Simmons/Bell/George
Battier/Mason/Hassell
Yi/Bass/Novak
Bogut/Jake/Ruffin

These moves assume that Simmons recovers fully and Bell keeps sand from getting in his vagina, but if this happens we have a team that shares the ball and defends a hell of a lot better. We trade our three worst defenders (Mo, Redd and CV) for two excellent defenders (Harris and Battier) and Bass who looks great on both sides of the floor when given minutes.

How far this team would go is dependent on Yi's ability to become a first option scorer with so much fire power traded away.

Ony a small move but Id inquire about Mardy Collins at the Knicks.

Not sure what his defence or athleticism is like but doesnt seem to be getting much love at the Knicks after finishing last year very well.

Joe is along way off being draft by a NBA Team, he needs another season in the NBL, hopefully next season Shane (I have to shoot all the time) Heal retires again and Joe can play without having to share the ball with the Hogg Heal

He can still be drafted in the 2nd round and spend another year in the NBL or ideally Europe. That's what Newley is doing.
