Well, what are the thoughts of Charlie Bell from a Buck fan's perspective?

Charlie has spent the majority of this season to date in a pretty horrible slump, he was (at least until recently) shooting at the worst clip in the nba, his D which was one of his strengths had dropped off, he was giving turnovers, was out of shape and spent the offseason telling reporters he didn't want the Bucks to match Miami's offer sheet for him, so didn't exactly endear himself to Bucks fans.

However -

His last couple of weeks have been really good, and he appears to be returning to the form that made him one of the fans favourites over the past couple of seasons. At his best he's a really handy combo guard / glue guy, his defense is solid, he can match up with anyone from a 6" PG to a 6"6' - 6"7' SG, has a generally reliable jumper and can get to the rack. He's actually very important to this team as our 6th man.

If you'd asked this question a month ago most of the people would have taken anyone with a heartbeat in a trade for him, but like I said his play has improved pretty dramatically lately.

Very interesting. I never get to watch Buck games (heck with my schedule, it's tough to watch Magic games). I've only seen Bell through the eyes of fantasy play, which as we all know don't completely paint a picture of the intangibles a player may bring.

Appreciate your opinion...

No worries. He's also posted on this board a few times with a bit of humor which has probably helped him win back some fans after his slump.
