Statwise Bogut is at the same level as Ilgauskas. Same points (Bogut shoots a higher percentage), Z has a slight rebounding edge, Bogut with the assists, Bogut slightly ahead with the blocks, steals similar. Z plays 3 less mins per game, but that isn't a big difference. The deal with Z is that he started really strong in the first 2-3 weeks of the season, but since then he's really dropped off. If the trends for each player continues through to the All Star break, Bogut will be well and truly ahead.
Okafor is similar, Bogut better scorer at a better percentage, Okafor better rebounder, similar blocks, Bogut with the assists. Bogut's been getting better, Okafor has tailed off this season.
IF Bogut can keep up his current form, he'll be well and truly ahead of those two for AS selection. But, of course, team success makes a difference and so none of the three would make it.

No doubt, Bucks fans would be thrilled though.
What he said.
