Exactly, we have Bogut, he's a low post scorer that does all the "right" things to win ball games. Larry should be bringing in as many players as he can to help bogut, not totally ruin his development along with our other young talented player in Yi.

We don't know what other options Harris has or is allowed.

What if Kohl has told Larry that he has to make the playoffs this year or his job is done? And on top of that Larry is not allowed to trade either Redd or Mo?

We also have no idea what our players might be worth. While I like to think we could trade Redd/CV to Chicago for Noc and Gordon it possible that was offered and the Bulls laughed at us.

Or that we offered CV/Bell for Kleiza and got rejected.

I'm not saying any of that happened.....but we just don't know all the other options out there. I don't like this Randolph trade either, but it might be the only trade out there and Kohl may have ordered Larry to come up with some type of move. Bad CEO's like Kohl generally ask their employees to make something out of nothing and do it under a bunch of restrictions to boot.

But in fairness to Kohl, we don't know his side either. It's plausible Larry's got all sorts of options here and wants the Randolph one. In which case Herb's right.

After this season, he will be owed $48 mln over 3 seasons. If he sucks here, he will have failed on three teams in a row and there will not be a team in the league willing to take him on. Worst case scenario is being stuck with a $16 mln/year team killer for three more years.

Trade Mo not TJ. Check. We'd have Boozer and TJ rather than Villanueva and Mo.

Use the #6 pick on some one who could contribute this year. Check. We'd have Marion not Yi.

Bring in a Redd quality player while getting rid of Simmons, Villanueva, Gadz. Check. We'd have Randolph.
