So the Bucks don't get anything in the 2nd trade?

Why does Miami get to make out huge in both these deals? From the Bucks perspective, I would do the first one but Memphis wouldn't. And no way would I do the second deal.

As a Bucks fan I would do the Mike Miller deal knowing that we already have another deal set up. Maybe Redd, or CV, etc. Even though the Bucks would get R. Davis and D. Cook, the problem is it would be good to have $$$ after the season but no one really wants to come to MIL as a FA.

You don't necessarily need to spend that money right away like we have in the past.

I'm assuming the Milwaukee front office would cave in and stray away from what I was applauding for Ted Thompson of the Packers for doing last season...staying away from crappy, overpriced FAs and save the money to bring back your young guns in a few years.

If we can get that expiring and Cook I'd be all for it. We next clear Redd, Simmons, and Gadz and probably throw CV in to get the deals done.

We come in with a ton of young kids a la Portland(although they have a few big contracts lingering that will end sometime soon). Save the majority of the money for bringing back Bogut, Yi, etc. Bring in some solid veteran help to short contracts. I honestly think if we can clear out Mo, Simmons, Gadz, Redd, (and CV would probably go along in the process), and then grab an elite PG in the draft that this team will be an eastern contender maybe not next year but the year after...and they will be there for a long time.

No on the first deal, probably yes on the second one. I like what I've seen from Dorell Wright.
